(1) With Deepika Padukone already in the list, it is now said that Asin Thottumkal has been offered one of the actress characters as she is in the good books of Director K S Ravikumar, thanks to ‘Dasavatharam’ and ‘Varalaru’. Both are popular in the north too, would add value to the multicrore project, which has the Superstar in three roles.
(2) The two do not let professional decisions affect their friendship. They do not mix their profession and friendship together.
Asin has replaced Deepika Padukone in the sequel of “Housefull 2”. Deeps was the director’s first choice but due to date problems she dropped the offer. Everybody thought this might lead to a problem between the two. But, these girls are thoroughly professional.
